I was a little nervous about putting a plate with gold trim in the dishwasher, but after a few washes the tropical palm leaves and aqua border still look brand new. It’s also surprisingly lightweight yet feels really sturdy.

The gold trim really holds up in the microwave, which I was skeptical about, and the aqua and palm pattern looks even better in person than in the photos. I've run it through the dishwasher a few times now and it still looks brand new, so I'm glad I picked this up.

The aqua border with those palm leaves looks just as sharp in person as in the pictures. I’ve already run it through the microwave twice and the gold trim hasn’t faded a bit.
