These cut through a well-done ribeye like it's butter, and the soft-grip handle really does make a difference for control. The balance is spot-on, making the set feel much more expensive than it was.

I was surprised by how comfortable the soft-grip handle feels, even during a long dinner. The balance is perfect, and the blades stay sharp through multiple steaks without any struggle.

These cut through a well-done steak like it's butter, and the soft-grip handle makes them feel secure even when my hands are a little greasy. I’ve had mine for a few weeks now and they still seem as sharp as day one.
