Bliss Bakeware 9" Round Cake Pan

The even heat distribution meant my sponge cake came out perfectly golden with no burnt edges for the first time ever. Cleanup was also a breeze — just a quick hand wash and it looked good as new.

I’ve been using this pan for a few weeks now and the even heat distribution makes every cake layer bake up perfectly flat. It’s sturdy enough that it doesn’t warp in the oven, and cleanup is quick thanks to the non-stick surface.

The non-stick surface released my vanilla layer cake effortlessly, and the even heat distribution gave it a beautifully flat top. Cleanup took just a quick swipe with a sponge.
