グリーンポンド サテン ディナーナイフ

I was worried satin knives might feel too lightweight, but these have a nice, balanced heft that makes cutting through steak feel effortless. The classic ridge detail adds just enough texture to keep them from slipping, even with slightly greasy hands.

The ridge detail down the handle gives just enough texture so my fingers don't slip, even when slicing through a firm tomato. They feel substantial and well-balanced in my hand.

I keep reaching for these over my regular flatware because the center ridge makes them feel really substantial in hand. They've held up beautifully in the dishwasher so far and the satin finish hides water spots better than any shiny set I've owned.
