Portola Cocktail Forks, Set of 4

The beaded channel near the base gives these forks a lovely vintage feel without being fussy. They're perfectly balanced for appetizers and feel solid in the hand, not flimsy like some other cocktail forks I've tried.

I was a bit worried they'd feel too delicate, but the 18/10 stainless steel gives these forks a nice, solid weight. They look stunning next to my appetizer plates, and the flared handle is surprisingly comfortable to hold.

The beaded channel at the base of each handle gives these a really nice weight in the hand, not flimsy at all. I've used them for shrimp cocktail and little dessert bites, and the two tines spear things cleanly without bending.
