This spoon feels incredibly sturdy in my hand — the ultra-heavy gauge steel has some real heft to it. The scalloped head scoops vegetables perfectly, and I love the delicate beaded handle detail.

Heavier than I expected, which makes it feel sturdy, but the beaded handle is a bit ornate for everyday use. Still, it works well for scooping out roasted veggies without bending.
