Brighton 14-Piece Cutlery Block Set

I was surprised at how well these blades hold their edge after a month of daily chopping. The full-tang design gives them a solid, balanced feel that makes dicing vegetables much easier than my old block set.

The triple-rivet handles feel really secure in my hand, even when chopping through a butternut squash. The fine-edge blades sliced through everything I prepped tonight without any drag.

The full-tang design makes these knives feel incredibly solid and well-balanced in hand. I’ve been using them daily for about two weeks and the fine-edge blades are still slicing through tomatoes like butter.
