Berkshire matte dinermes

The matte finish on this knife is exactly what the photos showed, and the 9 7/8-inch length feels substantial in hand. It pairs perfectly with the rest of my flatware, and the weight is balanced enough for everyday use without being clunky.

The matte finish is exactly what I wanted for my table setting, and the knife has a nice weight without feeling too heavy. It cuts through steak cleanly, which surprised me given how sleek it looks.

I bought this to replace a bent one from an old set, and the 9 and 7/8 inch length matches perfectly with the rest. The matte handle has a nice grip that isn't slippery, though the finish does show fingerprints a bit more than my other knives. Solid enough for daily use.
