Kitchen Shears, Set of 2

These cut through chicken cartilage and herb stems without any resistance, and the set of two means one stays by the stove while the other lives in the drawer. The handle grip is comfortable enough for my small hands, which is a pleasant surprise.

The blades are exceptionally sharp and cut through poultry joints cleanly without slipping. I've already used the smaller pair for snipping herbs directly over the pot. These replaced my old scratched-up scissors and honestly make prep work feel effortless.

I’ve had a pair of shears from this set for about six weeks now, and the blades still slice through chicken cartilage and thick herb stems without any wobble. Having a second pair purely for snipping parchment paper and opening packaging has saved me from constant washing mid-recipe.
