The Legendary Købehavner Pot is Steffen Berg's very own interpretation of Royal Danish pottery from 1860. One of Berg's most popular designs, it's still made by hand in a small village near Lucca in Tuscany with glaze inspired by the colors of classic Copenhagen. The legacy of the Københavner Pot adds an element of regal elegance even when paired with the humblest plant. From Bergs Potter, a brand we love.

I've been looking for a smaller pot with real character for my windowsill herbs, and this one fits perfectly—the hand-painted mineral white glaze has subtle variations that make it feel special. The glaze is so smooth and glossy, it looks like a little piece of art on my stovetop. The drainage saucer fits perfectly, making it both beautiful and practical for serving. I’m thrilled with how evenly this pot heats for simmering sauces.
