Keen 相思木5件式刷毛刀具座組

The bristles hold each knife securely without scratching the blades, and the whole block takes up so little counter space. I’ve already used five of the seven pieces in one dinner prep—the chef’s knife feels perfectly balanced in my hand.

I was surprised how much counter space the whole block saves — the bristle slots really do hold everything upright without the usual bulky wood frame. After a month of daily use, the chef’s knife still feels as sharp as day one, which is rare for a set at this price.

The bristles keep each knife perfectly separated, so I’m not worried about nicked blades when reaching for a chef’s knife. It’s honestly the most stable and organized block I’ve owned, and the sleek design fits right in with my other kitchen tools.
