查普曼餐刀

The handle feels perfectly balanced in my hand, not too heavy or light. After months of daily use, the edge is still sharp enough for slicing through roasted chicken without any struggle. It's exactly the straightforward, reliable tool I was hoping for.

I've had mine for about three months now and the blade edge still feels as sharp as day one. The lack of extra frills means it just works every time without fuss.

It's got a nice, balanced weight in hand—heavy enough to feel solid but not so much that it's tiring. The simple, clean handle design fits the "buy once" promise perfectly.
