Contour Steak Knives, Set of 4

I was surprised how easily these sliced through a thick ribeye without tearing. The curved handles feel perfectly balanced in my hand during use.

I was a little skeptical about how well they'd slice, but the curved handles give a really solid grip even when my hands are greasy. Each cut through a thick ribeye was clean and effortless, which is exactly what I wanted.

The handles have a nice weight and the curve fits my hand well during dinner. My only small gripe is they could be a touch sharper out of the box, but they still cut through a medium-rare steak cleanly.
