艾瑪餐刀

The flared handle gives it a bit of character without feeling fussy, and the edge keeps its groove even after weeks of daily use. Honestly, it’s the kind of knife you stop noticing because it just works—which is exactly what I wanted.

I was surprised by how well the grooved edge actually grips the food while cutting—no more sliding around on the plate. The knife feels balanced in hand, light but solid enough for daily use. Exactly what I needed for my no-fuss kitchen setup.

The flared handle on this one is what sold me — it fits my grip perfectly and doesn't slip when my hands are wet. The grooved edge cuts through chicken effortlessly, though I've only hand-washed it so far.
