Ridge 黑色沙拉盤

The ridges catch the light beautifully and make even a simple salad feel like a restaurant meal. The slight unevenness in the glaze gives it a handmade feel that's exactly what I wanted.

I wasn't sure how a ceramic plate could feel handmade, but the slight unevenness in the ridge pattern makes each one look like it came from a potter's studio. It adds a nice artisan touch to my simple dinner table without looking out of place.

I was surprised by how substantial these plates feel—definitely sturdier than your average salad plate. The ridged texture adds just enough visual interest to dress up a simple meal. Only wish they came in a slightly larger size for heartier salads.
